To celebrate the year of the pig, Aspac Developments hosted the Lunar New Year celebration on February 9, 2019. Joe Peschisolido, MP, Steveston - Richmond East; Teresa Wat, MLA, Richmond North Centre; Alexa Loo, Richmond City Councillor officiated the ceremony ringing in the Lunar New Year bringing good fortune to 250 guests.
Aspac Developments took the opportunity to encourage the public to join in support of Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children Enhancement Initiative by making a donation this February. A $5,000 cheque is presented to BC Children’s Hospital Foundation (BCCHF) for the “One Gift. Twice the Impact.” fundraising initiative benefiting the enhancement of Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children.
The event featured cultural activities, such as Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting, tea ceremony; performances by young pianists and East-meets-West music group; multicultural gourmet food, and stunning decorations.
